Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms govern the use of the Service provided by Verify Solutions, S.L., Tax ID B27661099, with address at Carrer Riera Garrap, 37, 17007 Girona, Spain. By registering or using the Service, the user declares having read and accepted these Terms.

- Technology tools for tokenisation and marketplace publishing when enabled.
3. Nature of the Service and exclusion of advice
- Verify Solutions, S.L. acts as a technology provider.
- The content of the Service does not constitute financial advice or investment recommendation.
- Verify Solutions, S.L. does not guarantee profitability, economic return or fundraising.
4. Registration and truthfulness requirements
- The user undertakes to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information.
- The user warrants that they have sufficient powers to act on behalf of the company when applicable.
- Verify Solutions, S.L. may request additional documentation to verify identity or representation.
5. Integrations and data access
The user may connect data sources (for example, e-commerce platforms, payments or open banking). Such connections are made under the user's authorisation and according to the permissions granted. The user is responsible for having legitimacy to connect sources containing third-party data.
6. KYC, compliance and fraud prevention
To protect the Service and fulfil obligations, Verify Solutions, S.L. may apply identity controls, document verification, anti-fraud measures and usage restrictions. Where applicable, it may collaborate with specialised providers under confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
7. Plans, prices and billing
- Prices, plans and economic conditions will be shown on the Service or in the proposal accepted by the customer.
- Amounts may include usage limits, additional modules or renewals.
- Non-payment may lead to temporary suspension of access, without prejudice to amounts owed.
8. User obligations and acceptable use
- Not to use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, phishing or violation of rights.
- Not to reverse engineer, scrape without authorisation, or interfere with security.
- Not to upload content that violates confidentiality, intellectual property or personal data without a legitimate basis.
9. User content and licences
The user retains ownership of their data and content. They grant Verify Solutions, S.L. a limited, non-exclusive licence, necessary to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
10. Intellectual property
The software, brand, dashboards, reports, designs and elements of the Service are owned by Verify Solutions, S.L. or used under licence. Unauthorised exploitation is prohibited.
11. Availability, maintenance and changes
The Service may be updated or modified to improve features, security or regulatory compliance. Unavailability may exist due to scheduled maintenance or technical incidents.
12. Suspension and cancellation
Verify Solutions, S.L. may suspend or cancel access if it detects breaches, fraudulent use or security risks. The user may cancel according to the contracted plan.
13. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Verify Solutions, S.L. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.
- The user is responsible for business decisions based on the information in the Service.
14. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Service. Where applicable, data processing agreements will be formalised when the Service involves processing on behalf of the customer.
15. Confidentiality
The parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information they access in connection with the Service.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish and European law. Unless binding rules state otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile.
