Connect your WooCommerce store to ecomverify

Install the Ecomverify for WooCommerce plugin and every order in your store reaches your ecomverify account on its own: new ones, status changes and refunds. No exports, no manual syncing and no REST API keys.

Download the plugin Free · GPL licence · Requires WordPress 6.5, WooCommerce 8.0 and PHP 7.4 or later.

Why a plugin instead of the API

Many hosts (Cloudflare, Kinsta, Sucuri…) block connections that reach the WooCommerce API from outside, even with valid keys. With the plugin, your own store sends the orders, so the firewall does not get in the way.

What it does

Orders as they happen

Every new order, status change or refund is sent in the background. Your customers' checkout never waits.

Your history, from the date you choose

One button also sends your previous orders, from the day you decide. You can stop it at any time.

Nothing gets lost

If ecomverify does not answer, orders wait in a queue and are retried automatically until they arrive.

Secure

Everything travels over HTTPS and every delivery is signed with your connection key. One key works for one store only.

Lightweight

It works in short batches so it does not take your store's resources, and it is compatible with HPOS and the Cart and Checkout blocks.

In your language

English, Spanish, German and French.

How to connect

  1. Log in to your ecomverify account (or create one for free) and go to WooCommerce → Connection and settings. Click Generate connection key.
  2. Install the plugin in your WordPress: Plugins → Add New.
  3. Open Ecomverify in the WordPress menu, paste the key and click Connect.
  4. If you want your previous orders, choose the start date and click Send history. New orders arrive on their own.

What is sent

Only after you connect: each order as WooCommerce stores it (number, dates, status, customer billing and shipping details, VAT number, products, taxes, shipping, refunds and totals), to keep your accounting and VAT returns. Nothing is sent before you connect or after you disconnect. Verify Solutions, S.L. processes that data as a data processor. Privacy Policy · DPA (Processing Agreement)
